Two reasons I quite like this one...

Firstly, photographically, I like the way it catches the speed (by accident - the low light meant a slow shutter speed, so that the hedge & road are blurred, but my friends aren't)

Secondly, this road has been terrible for ages, and it's recently been not just resurfaced, but properly 're-engineered' (it's on marshy land), probably for the first time since it was first tarmacked. It'll probably still end up muddy and potholed, but it's lovely just for the moment.
