A very windy lunch stop today on Dava Moor above Grantown on Spey. Birds seen on a 7 mile walk included cuckoo, woodcock, curlew, lapwing, golden plover, osprey, redshank, and a golden eagle.

A great day out today.

Nostalgia is a powerful force: a 531 frameset, Sakae compact & 5-speed freewheel, Suntour gearing & a (moggy) large flange wheelset - typically the kind of bike that was way out of reach growing up in the early 80s....
