It's a warm one today, so I did repeat the cooling-down manoeuvre on my return from the morning ride. It's now 39.5C at 5.30pm, so I'm staying indoors! But it was lovely riding through the vineyards this morning!

Our 38 year old greenhouse (put in by original owners, we've been here 13 years) which appears to be held up by the annual wood preservative I apply and a degree of good luck, still providing some lovely produce.
