Hi firstly "Thank you" all of you for the information, ive gone out on a giant limb and bought my self a bike through the BT cycle to work, i had a very good deal a specialist cross trail hybrid, good enough to start with i hope. so i'm looking for some "mugs" { joking} to help me get started loads of questions i will have but basically my thanks for your help
