My Trice is dead.

It is total scrap, so my advice would be to sell it to me very cheaply.

Failing that extremely good advice I would look for maybe a local frame builder.

My 2008 ICE T had a T75 frame. I think they had changed to 4130 by the end of that year.

EDIT: got that wrong, it was a 2006 ICE with a T45 frame. Cromo 4130 came shortly later.

Really hope this is an exception as I have a Trice Q. I really like my rear fork and wouldn't like to miss it.

Just ordered a new cruciform, far cheaper than feared, good discount so very happy with Ice. Went for bearings fitted, so should be a doddle to swap over. I've stuck with red as it matches all my gear. She should be back up and running in time for the bad weather.

It's a QNT frame, so yes it will.
