My turbo trainer leaning slightly to left ??

Can anyone help , no matter how many times I re-fit my bike it feels like it's leaning

Well after all the austerity measures, the failure of the govt to act on the reckless banks and the rise of the far right in Europe it's hardly surprising....i'll get my coat

On a practical note is the floor level and is there any way you can pack out the left side to bring it level.
