Extraordinary thing...Samsung said UPS wd come to pickup my phone today, and....they did!

A3 (2016). Lovely when it's working....which isn't often, in my experience.

Not had one of those.
Never had any problems with any of my phones so far (fingers crossed, touch wood etc).

Last time I flew long haul, there was a new announcement added to the safety briefing "If you lose your portable electronic device, please do not move the seat cushions, but call a biscuit-chucker flight attendant to help you locate it" I thought this was to protect the cushions, but they are also worried about the phone being damaged and then exploding.
