My Weekday Training Ride in Pics

I have a training ride that I do every weekday afternoon. It takes me from home up to the water tower in the Eco Park at the top of "Northcliff Hill" (West of Jo'burg)

It's not a bad workout for a fairly short ride and it's through some very pleasant areas. This time of year we have some pretty Jacaranda Trees in full bloom.

I haven't tried to capture the steepness of any of the climbs because as we all know, cameras are happy to add weight and grey hairs but they take away steepness of hills the same way videos take away the danger of any descent you try and film :-)
