Actually that reminds of a few years ago, I had been away a week and on coming back and getting in the car I had proper mushrooms growing in the passenger foot well, a good 2 inches tall.
This sort of thing rather than the sort you'd put on toast....or make into a tea....
Turned out the windscreen seating had corroded and let the rain in.
