Me, the bell or both?

Well, one's voice generally, you might be ever so timid for all I know

I remember as a kid my cycling proficiency instructor informing us of the legal requirement for a bike to have some sort of audible warning attached, then pointing out that his had neither bell nor horn, before bellowing "Get out of the way!" at us at the top of his voice.

Any time i would need to use a bell i would want both hands on the controls just in case.
