In short, I can no longer log in: "Login failed. An unexpected error occured."

I requested the password be reset, but I still get the same error message.

I had the same problem last year and created a new account in the end as I didn't get a reply to my messages.

I use Firefox within Sandboxie and LastPass.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Worked ok for me a few minutes ago, but I don't know about your Firefox etc etc.

I found that the creator has his own website, so have sent him a message.

I'm using Firefox and its occasionally slow but it seems to be working for me, a stab in the dark your password or security session may not be correct.

I use LastPass for my passwords so I know it was correct. I also requested a reset and copy & pasted that so I'm baffled.

What do you mean by "security session", that's a new one on me.
