I've just purchased a Carrera Crossfire2 from Halfords a lovely bike. However I noticed there are three plastic clips attached to raised metal lumps (excuse my limited technology vocabulary) on the underside of the downtube and two more on the left hand chainstay. Has anybody any idea what function they're supposed to perform?
