For general spinning along I did think that it would be much easier just play a random selection of high energy stuff, but I was thinking that it would be good to have quieter tracks for the recovery between intervals when doing them.
As for TD... I would prefer hills to feel like hills, but until I have a nicer way of doing virtual gear shifting I will keep TD turned down. (I am currently using screen buttons on the MW bridging app, which are a big improvement over the ghastliness of trying to use the Apple remote, but proper physical buttons like the Zwift Click would be better. It is
really annoying that I can't use mine in MW!)
