Only inasmuch as it's a Pashley cargo bike in the style of a Royal Mail special. It's branded 'Target Zero' and has a Shi**no Alfine 8 hub in place of the original Sturmer Archey 3spd / drum hub.
I sourced it for my Uncle maybe 10 years ago and he used it for shopping. Now he's gone it's come back to me. Not my cup of tea, it'll be on ebay shortly.
