There is a theory (supported by the fact that most of them only take cash) that the majority of (Vietnamese) nail bars are fronts to launder the income from cannabis production. Last year my team discovered and dismantled some 30 full-scale cannabis farms in our little patch alone. The estimated income from the plants would have been in the many hundreds of thousands.HelenD123 said:
