Cycling - Conti GP series tyres, previously 4000s and now 5000s. Just can't see a reason to buy anything else.
Whisky - I basically never buy anything that's not at least 46% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered. If you tick those boxes then the chances of getting a good dram are massively increased.

and their abusive business practices. To be fair their phones do work well, if you can stomach giving them money
PCs not so much as nothing quite works properly eg MS office or visio, missing keys on keyboard, failing to work reliably with non apple screens (embarrassing when presenting to clients) etc
