Lol I love bikes looks like he was about 12.
True - he was! First ride that bloke did (and last) that had the recumbent rider asking "Are you back marker?" To which the reply was a yes... "Well get to the farking back then!" - he left shortly afterwards did he not, Ian?
I rode to Billericay from Feltham - and back again..around minus 5 when I started...
I know everyone in this photo too!

I think you might mean Pottsy (with 2 t's) but don't remember if he was riding fixed...
A few others were on that ride, too - Batzman, Peter, The Doctor (I think?)
Indeed I was. Ruddy chilly as I recall, with some idiot in a car shouting as she overtook us in Richmond.
Not as chilly as the February ride though. I remember passing an igloo...

Well no one is going to get 12 as he's not a member, But Sittingduck remembered.
Friend of mine called Burak.
He's a Turkish MTB champion. We called him a camel as he could ride all day without a drop of drink or anything to eat.
An amazing cyclist.
Is currently a rickshaw/pedicab rider in London.

That's one of the few rural rides I've ever done with Trinka. Normally we end up cycling around London, which has a certain excitement about it, but I could do with fewer cars and more trees...

Trees, mate. Them big tall green things that are all over the countryside like a rash.
I like riding down leafy lanes, not 'orrible one-way systems.
Call me strange, but there it is...

There is something nice about uninterrupted country lanes and clean air..but I miss cycling in London, a lot.
