Ps - i have heard folk say genova is somewhat alarming/tricky to cycle around.

Pps - would be nice to see a pic of your bike in naples. Did you take any? Did you take your own bike? If so what?

Nowadays, unless I am touring, I just fly in & hire, I only found 3 hire shops in Naples and they are all expensive compared to BCN where I can get a bike for 8eu a day. No bike pics but here I am on Via Toledo last Friday, more handsome that all Italians put together.

Very sleek. All the italians are pretty much looking away I see. They are not worthy.

I have been told that the the Amalfi coast is a great ride

There is a Tacx film of the Amalfi coast filmed from a motorbike, I have ridden it on the turbo, it had me flinching in the safety of my garage.
