Head and neck protection. Factor 50 for neck factor 35 for head. I burn badly, but have to confess that I didn't need it in the end because our tour was aborted and we never made it out through to the seriously hot desserts and countries we had expected to.

Any suggestions as to how to best protect my neck from sunburn when riding please? Other than gooey cream blocker.

(I know the yellow shiny thing is a rarity, esp' in these parts, but I just like to be prepared )

i use p20 sunscreen, non gooey, disappears on application, lasts all day from one application.

Crumble, sticky toffee, bread and butter, Christmas...?

well i did used to love cartmels sticky toffee pudding with their wonderful sauce and a touch of cream which was served at hawes cremery resturant in Wensleydale... but now I am allergic to all dairy, I guess I will have to stick with the other slightly more gritty version... desert? (hopefully there are not too many spelling mistakes in that sentence...)

L'Oreal spray on sun protection factor 25. Smells nice, not at all sticky and dries on application.
Because you're worth it.
