From the style of dress and hair, I'd say it was 1965.

The hair is a clue, as are the clothes. As is also the bit where he says it's "May 1965" in the OP.

Why i dug that out .Is i have just found out the School has been pulled down and a replacement built .
And a request for photos and memrobillia to be sent to the new school .Hence the photo .

A funny thing when i joined The Post Office The school was on my round .'Moor Allertons ' walk 23 .Out of Moortown Delivery Office .

I hated delivering there .Just incase someone recognised me .I was just over 15.

Not true.....my legs are hairier and have different specs now. Otherwise exactly the same. Including the smugness....although it's not so cute these days.
