It's out of your budget by a fiver, but I'd go for this;

Have one myself and it's excellent (imo).

If you do pick the one on the other page with the long shackle, make sure you "fill" the lock (with bike, stand etc) as these are most commonly broken using mini-jacks inside the "U" part. (A "mini" lock is easier to fill, hence less chance for a thief to get the jack inside the lock).

Magnums are Onguard - made by the same folk.

I have the larger Magnum D Shackle - been using it for almost 2 years, and as JTM mentions, fill the lock - i.e. lock to stands through the rear triangle of the frame. Ignore the ratings on the Halfords site by 'users'. One thing, never force the lock with the key, if it won't turn, then you've not put the key in properly. The frame mount is crap, I've never bothered with it.

They are. I think it's the Onguard Pitbull Mini, if I remember rightly.
