Need advice on new wheels

I will be looking to upgrade my wheels that I bought with my my canondale supersix EVO earlier this year. I have started to look at the mavic cosmic graphite and also the mavic krysium elite s wheels. Any advice please?

To improve my average speed a little also make bike that bit lighter and like to make the bike look nice as a bonus.

Boring, but Shimano Ultegra are excellent wheels IMO and can be had for £200 ish.

I doubt if any wheel change will make you noticable faster - and the Carbone and Ksyrium both have quite a different look. New wheels may or may not make the bike lighter, depending on what wheel/tyre combo you already have.

I'm going to get these. For the money they seem like excellent value. Sealed cartridge bearings and prett light.
