Unblock-us is fabulous - you can switch between countries and get the Netflix content of each by selecting from a drop-down on the website. I've got my Smart BluRay set up with the Unblock-US settings, so that I can keep all of the UK sites/apps on my Smart TV (by putting the Unblock-US DNS entries on either my router or my telly, I found I lost the BBC iPlayer, 5OnDemand etc and had them replaced by US TV services).
