Retired my faithful old via Nirone which got me back into cycling and went out on this today.
Beautiful ride, so smooth in comparison. Everything about it is so much better. I think I'm going to enjoy this bike.

Cheers. it is a nice bike. I'm definitely quicker but how much of that is due to bike and how much is due to me trying harder is difficult to fathom :-)

Thanks, I thought so too.
I've put a few hundred miles on it now and it's definitely the comfiest thing I've ever ridden, even makes our crappy roads feels smooth.
I haven't managed a ride without getting it wet or plastered in crap yet tho....

I can't recommend a test ride unless you're prepared to buy it!
Much as I loved my old bike and thought it was comfy, I haven't ridden it since this arrived. I was gonna keep it for winter but sad to say I'm not sure I can go back to it now.
