new bike advice

I'm looking to buy a new road bike got a budjet of £200. I currently own a a raliegh racer old bike still runs well needs some attention size 60 frame a little big but I cope .I have been looking at a viking sirrocco alloy frame 56 frame any views

I'd find another £50 and get the carrera zelos from halfords. Viking bikes are pretty basic, probably very heavy and doubt even sti shifters at that price

Ive just traded my zelos in its a very good basic starter bike most on ebay sell for between £90-£120 so get a 2nd hand one then have some money for accessories etc

Theres a couple of tdf the model up for around £150-£180 on ebay also
