New bike advice

Hi I'm looking for a new bike

I Mainly go on the roads with some dirt tracks and cycle paths to keep fit

I live near a lot of hills too

Looking to pay £450 max

My current bike is a full suspension mountain bike but it's very old and heavy

What does everyone recommend

Are you open to second hand?
Flat or drop bars (although the latter is going to be an ask with your budget)

or this is bang on budget, but only available in 20”
