New bike new mudguards

I've ordered a carrera subway ltd and I definitely need some mud guards for it, I've seen some zefal no muds that I like the look of, any ideas of others I could fit that will look good or any opinions on the no muds would be welcome

Get full mudguards if you can fit them. The Zefal will protect you from some of the road muck, but you'll still get stuff flicked up. Plus your bike and its drivetrain will still get filthy. This will become a real problem for you in winter. I speak from experience.

Anything particular I should look for brand or size wise? The bikes got 26 x 1.6" tires on it would that affect which ones to look at?
