I have just purchased a new bicycle rack and want to remove the battery to lighten the weight for lifting on to the rack, to travel further afield.
The bike is a Bianchi E-Omnia T-Type. 2022.
I'm having a problem removing the battery. I can remove the front plate and turn the key to lift the bolt in the locking mechanism but the battery won't come out. The user manual shows a different set up with the lock outside the the battery compartment. It may just be stuck but I don't want to use any force in case I break something. Does anyone have any idea how to release it from the compartment.
