who to report it to - I mean we have no actual evidence of a problem?

Just had an email from http://www.theelectricbikeshop.co.uk/

I had sent them a quick email telling them as their name is similar in some ways and some people could use the possibly dodgy one my mistake

They seemed very concerned - said it has happened before and they were keen to do something about it
