Very nice you old hipster you!!!

I wonder if I will be faster.Think they guy in the shop said it was a 44 chainring. Not sure about the rear.My fitness has improved recently anyway so I think a fixie will make a difference.

I may take to it like a duck to water.Whether I will remember my fixie from ten years back roughly.Who knows.

SPD's to be fitted and mudguards although I may remove the mudguards when I get home.

Been watching it for two months at least and then made my move yesterday.Had some money left from my holiday.I pencilled it in for it's debut on next Staurdays commute at the earliest.

When I brought my Pearson in 2007 I hadn't rode a fixed for about a dozen years, I found I had forgotten how to ride fixed and had to start again. The bike arrived late on a Friday and I couldn't get to ride it till the Sunday, on the Sunday I did an interesting fifty miler. Bike looks nice, enjoy.

Looks like Sundays commute here as I doubt that I will be able to get it back from Waterloo till Saturday night as I have two bikes there and I don't want to disrupt the commute and catch the train to work. Will walk to Liverpool Street with two bikes.Done it before.Going to be walking over 4 miles at a guess.(the bit on the other end is a mile)

Oh yeah....dont stop pedaling.
