Help? Just put a new set of wheels on my Allez, with a new cassette and I've never touched a rear wheel before, it was a bit of an awkward bugger to get in and whilst it's changing gear its making a load of noise! I haven't oiled it yet but it can't be just that, any ideas?

Did you put the right number of spacers in, Ive forgotten to before

Have you tweaked the indexing? It's unlikely everything has ended up in exactly the same place.
If the cassette size has changed, you may need to tweak the B screw as well.

Same model cassette with same teeth just new. I'll check the spacers, a mate put it on the wheels so look at how many he has used!
Same model cassette but on a brand new wheel?
Like the Doc says, it won't be exactly the same and will need tweaking, ie- a turn of the barrel adjuster, trial and error really until you know what you're doing
