Decided to sign up and see whats happening.

Middle aged, fairly new to road cycling. Looking for cycling buddy's in Livingston area for ad-hoc weekend runs, 40 - 60 mls. Fed up on lonesome for weekend treks but I'm probably not up to local Club Run standard yet.

Welcome Nicol. Best places to watch are the informal rides, or the even more informal rides mentioned in the cafe thread labelled irn bru. We have a good bunch who cycle regular, at nothing like a club ride. Three rules are any bike will do, no one gets left behind and there will be cake CAKE . look forward to meeting you soon

Cheers for all the welcome messages. Didn't make the Edinburgh Parliament day, wish I had. Treked off to Kirkcaldy and back the coast road, nice run. I'll check out the informal rides in the Cafe threads. Thinking of signing up for the EFoC run to St Andrews in June. Anyone been on this and is it a good day ?
