New commuting tyres?

I'm no bicycle tyre expert, but I do know the 28mm Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres I got in November have been fantastic. No you-know-whats since I put those on. I think you can ride over pretty much anything using those.

5ish years on MP's and only one puncture you CANNOT ride over barbed wire

Was tyre buying tonight (fixing my puncture I noticed a few little slits in my old tyre which was starting to look ready for a change)

Ended up with the Conti Touring Plus though a 32 rather than the originally fitted 35 but most of my riding is road anyway so no big issue there

The Marathons (even the normal ones) just looked and felt too heavy for my liking..though they felt impenetrable I must admit
