I'm not really interested in cars but I must say that that is a thing of beauty. It's in the Aston Martin class for looks.

The only question is why did it take them so long? Everyone accepts the Original E-Type as one of, if not the, most beautiful cars ever made. Why did we have to look at all the crap that they churned out in the intervening years? The XJ12. Really. What a munter.

The E-type is probably the only car that I thought was beautiful when I first saw it.

Is it just me but, while it looks reminiscent of an E-type from in front and behind, it looks like a BMW from the side?

When I was at school, our form teacher used an E-type jag* to teach us the concept of 'phallic symbol'

*not a real one, he just talked about it. And he wore a safari suit, so was obviously missing something in his life.

There is definately a retro style coming back in with that Jag,
the new Morgan three wheeler

and the Nissan Juke.

I saw a Juke today on the way in to work and the wheel arches reminded me of a Morris Minor!

but it is called a Growler (I thought that was something a bit rude) it is £450k and made of plastic by some swedish outfit.

Lovely style.
Why cant a mainstream maker give us cars like this.
