Hello!

I'm Leah, 22 from a little village near Gainsborough.

I have a tatty old mountain bike that I am looking to upgrade early next year, but i'm looking at doing a charity bike ride in May 2011.

I love biking, and I am looking forward to putting some serious training in for next year, and I hope this will become a big part of my life.

I currently only cycle around 10 miles tops, but I know my fitness has a huge margin for improvement!

Good luck with the Charity ride, as others have said, keep at it but don't overload yourself. Before you know it you'll be tackling that ride with no trouble
