Stumbled across this forum while searching for a new bike and thought it better to gain advice/experience on here rather than buying blind.

I've got a hybrid bike currently but wanna join the road bike gang! Based in Hertfordshire so no shortages of places to ride so can't complain.

Hello I'm new to cycling and also use a road bike I use the Btwin Triban 520, it is very very good and not that expansive I got mine 2nd hand of Facebook but you can buy them brand new now for £299. I've not cycled since i was a teenager and this bike is easy to ride, take a look I'll leave you the link.

Looks like a great deal but unfortunately they're all out of stock now. I'll keep an eye out for one but don't use Facebook so guessing ebay and gumtree are my best bet.
