Trying to get fit- haven't cycled since my youth- looking for a new road bike- £400-500 budget (bike only not accessories) looking at a raleigh revenio Claris 2014 at the moment- but all info welcome- take it easy on me! Ta

Decathlon Btwin Triban 500 definitely worth a look - Sora groupset, one up from Claris and 9 speed triple vs 8 speed think, plus a carbon fork....bit of a dull looking thing though IMO

Z95 2014, just done 18K on it-absolutely loved it, I'm a complete newbie so nothing to compare it to- but that has got me hooked

Great stuff! I had a Felt Z100 couple of years back. I must confess I didn't get on with it - basically got the wrong size for me - but it was a lovely bike, so smooth and capable of insane levels of speed!
