I've seen advice that you should replace your handlebars every 3 years, so for safety's sake, add a new handlebar to your list, it's only a couple of pounds more.

After several fruitless minutes googling: do you mean FX? They seem to have changed there model names, so they aren't making 5.3 or 7.3 any more.
Yes, it's the FX range. They appear to have remove the 7. Bit, now just the FX 2,3 etc. The 3 retails at £550 RRP, the 2 is £400
 
Don't restrict yourself to a woman's specific frame unless your looking for a step through.

We don't all fit into the 50th percentile.

Giant Escape 1. A good all rounder with a set of Schwalbe marathon tyres. I have used this bike for thousands of miles with no discomfort.

Just make sure your bike fit is correct especially seat height. There a many videos on YouTube showing you how.
