"Mollie" .My wife chose the name. Our cat is not to keen on her though ( I mean Mollie, not my wife), but I suppose they will get used to each other eventually.

We went with Sainsbury for insurance for our wee cocker.
Haven't had to use it yet thankfully.

Petplan lifetime cover or whatever they call it. Premiums don't increase on the basis of claims and chronic illness covered (subject to an annual excess), only incrementally as the animal gets older

I think @User has his dog covered by such a policy (I have the policy for my cat who has a chronic condition)

Most policies will increase a lot if claims are made and won't cover pre existing conditions so it's best to choose one and stick with it
