New pb

Nothing very exciting....but having not sold my bike, I went out on it today and did 21 miles at an average of 11 mph. Not bad for a sixty year old, fat new bloke
The new (used) charge spoon saddle was a bit harsh on the bum......but there was a complete absence of numbness elsewhere.
I'm now ready for the 20 mile segment of our Tour De Tendring next month. (The 60 mile distance isn't an option yet)

Merely the number that allows free bus travel, cycle as far as possible and if you can't manage to cycle back jump on the bus. Keep up the good work
