I have put the Brooks B17 on both my bikes recently. I got mine from eBay too. I really think they finish a bike off. Your Dawes looks great. Hope it serves you for many miles.

Hi Ed,

It's my tourer had it about 4 weeks now. Really pleased with it so far.

I meant I hadn't sat on the saddle, but have been out with the original..... Left me a bit sore!!!

Very nice! What handlebar bag is that? I just bought a Topeak Tourguide DX which I hope will help with weight distribution as I wasn't happy with all my load at the back. Hoping this will improve things. I have 2 panniers at the back, and a light tent to strap on to the rack.
