Hi phil apparently not a very good one as on another forum I posted a pic an although its had over 130 views nobody has commented on it lol but I don't mind each to their own I like it and paid what I wanted to pay

That looks alright to me. Carrera bikes tend to be decent for the money.

Manguish I'll be mainly around the seal sands/ seaton area I guess at least till I get more confidence on the bike, where abouts are you ?

Welcome to the website. my bike is very similar to yours. I am very happy with it. only thing I have done with it is put on spd sl pedals and changed the tyres (only because the old tyres had a couple on nicks in them)
