Hi everyone, I'm completely new to cycling. I'm trying to get into shape and I was told cycling is great form of exercise. I took up spinning at my gym just over a month ago and I thoroughly enjoy it, so I thought, why not go a step further and start cycling.
I've just purchased a CBroadman Hybrid Team bike to be cycling to work with.
