New Trend In London

i have spotted two people on foldy bike's riding along with full face motor cycle helmets on over the last week.

Is this some new trend i am missing out on or have they opened a extreme folding bike course in London that i have missed some how?

May have been bank robbers. Were they wearing stripy clothes and carrying swag bags?

Perhaps they think that a motorbike helmet looks better than a cycling helmet, but forgot to look in a mirror before leaving home

does anyone wear a face mask against pollution?

I have thought about the face mask thing as i ride into london every day. Do a 30 mile round trip. Also wear glassies so was not sure if i would end up not being able to see.

anyone have any thoughts on this?

I'm in Paris at the moment, and saw some dude cycling around in a full-face helmet last night. (looked like a downhill MTB helmet) ... he was riding an MTB though, maybe it's a new cycling trend

I have a downhill bike myself and a full face helmets. Would not wear it into London.

Have been into work on the full suspension bike a few times just to make a change.
