Whats the p*******e resistance like on these tyres? I ran city jets for a year or so without much joy.Go for it !
I have conti travel contact`s on my MTB and they are good tyres , not as slick as cityjets but i run at 70 psi so they roll well.

Yeah i just double checked seems i can run at the same 80 psi , 130 psi on a roadie wow you like hard tyres i run at 110 psi and find for me its the best balance for speed andcomfort.@530kam - I cant imagine cycling in the city during rush hour or busy traffic, dont blame you for being safe.
@cyberknight - The sport contacts are 80psi, which is closer to what i am used to on a road bike (130psi)
Is your saddle the same... carves your cr@ck ?Good point, i did check with the lbs and they said the bontrager ranger rims will be fine. Oh and yeah i like my tyres like blades, that way i can carve away the tarmac :-D
keep us informed how your sport contacts go, I'm thinking of slicking up the MTB again and have looked at both sport and travel contacts.Good point, i did check with the lbs and they said the bontrager ranger rims will be fine.
