We have seen it a couple of times already on CC, but the message is worth repeating!

One of my biggest worries when out on my bike is being hit by some idiot driver distracted by using a phone.

It seems to sit uneasily with the current Golf advert, where yet more safety technology sends nervous passengers to sleep. Maybe it's just me, but if my passengers are nervous, I'd think it might be down to my driving. But no, it's now so safe you don't even have to stay awake! Safe for whom? Oh.....

Pardon the intrusion here but could cinemas introduce another (similar) advert with a different ending? One that activates everyone's phone then, after a dramatic and blood-curdling scream from the screen, closes with the words:

"Mobile use is now the leading cause of pìssìng people off during a movie.

Turn it off you selfish nobber!"​

Same here, seeing people using tablets is the worse thing I've seen.

As I climb up in to Swanley around 1 in 5 cars I pass the driver is on the phone, about 1 in 10 they are on Facebook or similar. Almost none of them are reading books. I ask you.
