New wheels

I'm riding a felt z85 2013, it still has the standard felt hubs with mavic rims and felt tyres, I'd like to upgrade to lighter wheels but without it costing the earth, I don't mean I want cheap but bearing in mind the bike I'm riding, anyone have any suggestions on what might be worth getting

Wheels can vary by quite a lot you are gonna need to specify a price range.

And consider getting some hand-built, rather than the ubiquitous factory built wheels that seem to be all the rage at the moment :-)

Hand built wheels will/should be built for your weight & riding style, & will be the best enhancement to any bike.
They will cost a bit, but will last until you wear out the rims.
