Newbie but an oldie

Eirst week i was back I tried a couple of ten milers but after a week,upped that to 20 milers and did one on sunday in 1 h 15 min which although slow...for me at almost 50 now and not on a bike in 30 years...i was happy with.
Considering I could do ten mile in 23.40 in the late 80s.....im a snail now lol
but
its all about personal enjoyment now...not a killing match
