Newbie from Norfolk

Hi all,

Greetings from (slightly hillier than you think!) Norfolk. Been commuting to work on a Dawes Horizon for the last 8 years (only about 2 miles each way) but started getting into slightly longer distances over the winter as its been so cold and often not windy enough to do my main pursuit of windsurfing. Have done a few near 50 milers this last month, and have now got a nice light Sirrus Sport, with which I am hoping to do my first century some time this summer.

Got my first puncture on it today by the way, second time out on it, so will be making sure to take the puncture repaid kit next time out!

Welcome neighbour. Be prepared for some wise-guy types that will now tell you Norfolk is as flat as a pancake, as they tell me Lincolnshire is. You and I know differently, but don't let on.....our favourite roads will be cluttered up with cyclists
