Newbie in Fife, Scotland.

Hi all, just arrived and hoping to use this forum to broaden my very limited cycling knowledge. I'm not a racer or into MTB and don't own an all singing all dancing machine. She comes from Halfords(sorry!!)I just want to enjoy putting the miles in and getting fitter and moving the belly.

Hi and from Dunfermline. You don't need an all singing-dancing machine (in fact I'd be worried for you if that's what it did), just a bike will do. Enjoy riding it and don't worry too much about speed, that will come in time.
